Well-known conch chef Martin Liz and restaurant owner Bobby Mongelli are teaming up to bring both the Supper Club and pop-up dining experience to Key West and Stock Island.
The supper club concept was first conceived in the 1930s when Lawrence Frank established the first club in Beverly Hills. In a relaxed and exclusive atmosphere, guests would begin with cocktail hour, move on to dinner and then would enjoy after-dinner nightclub entertainment. And now we have the opportunity to “join the club” in Key West.
Moving from location to location, the Lost Kitchen Supper Club will feature unique menus, local seasonal seafood, fresh produce from boutique farms and amazing collaborating chefs. The theme of the meal will be synced with the hosting location. Specialty wines, craft cocktails and beers will always be included with the dinners or you may bring your own special bottle with you.
The Lost Kitchen Supper Club home base will be on Stock Island at 6810 Front St., on the dock behind the Hogfish Grill. However, pop-up dinners at private oceanfront homes, in private secret gardens, at hidden gems or maybe even on a sandbar will be coming up.

The menu will feature Key West pink shrimp from the docks of Safe Harbor Marina will all the appropriate fixings.
