Masquerade March

An impromptu rain shower couldn’t stop thousands of locals from showing off their costuming creativity during Friday night’s Masquerade March/ Locals Parade. Starting at the Key West Cemetery, the parade wound down Frances and Fleming streets … slowly. There were disco ducks and Egyptian gods, a cowbell orchestra, and Freddie Mercury himself even made an appearance. And after the rain, naturally, a perfect Fantasy Fest rainbow.
