Lush landscaping in Old Town

608 Angela St. $1,899,000

This is a true classic beauty in the heart of Old Town that is rich in history and has been lovingly restored and tastefully renovated. Formerly the home of Phillip Burton, stepfather to Richard Burton, this three bedroom/two bathroom, built in 1890, has heart pine floors, Dade County pine walls, 12-foot ceilings, granite countertops with stainless steel Viking appliances and a spacious and charming front porch. Enjoy a master suite with French doors opening onto your heated tile pool. Fully fenced and lushly landscaped for complete privacy and aesthetic serenity, it has a wonderful covered outdoor entertaining area and bar.

The home comes with a generator and off-street parking and is situated in the X-flood zone just a block away from all of the fine dining and entertainment on Duval Street. The Key West signature property is known for its original natural cypress siding and picket fencing. Give us a call for additional details or to schedule your own showing! ¦

  1. Tim Koenig says:

Philip Burton bought the property in 1974 for $15,000 and pretty much lived in it in its original condition.
This will be the 6th sale since the year 2000.
With this sale a cool $450,000 in RE commissions on all 6 sales.
Don’t tell me that this KW real estate market hasn’t been good for the brokers.
Too bad none of the buyers have made any money.
